Christine DiDonato, founder of Career Revolution, Inc., is an innovator in the space of employee and leadership development. As the former Head of Talent for Sony Electronics, Inc., Christine focused her passion and research on acquiring, coaching and developing organization’s youngest generation of employees to become the next generation of leaders.
As a leading advocate for Millennial Career Development, Christine created AccelerateME, a unique feedback tool specifically designed for today’s young professionals to get the feedback they crave and take greater ownership of their career path.
Christine is a progressive facilitator that moves groups beyond theory to put solutions in place that address the challenges of a new generation. Christine is a LinkedIn Author and recognized leader in her field as seen in her contributions to popular media sources like TIME, Money, Inc., Forbes, Human Capital Institute, Society for Human Resource Development, College Magazine and USA Today.
Jeanie Cho, Director of Programs, is a lifelong professional educator. Before joining Career Revolution, she was a Teach For America high school math teacher and school administrator. As the Founding Principal, she has a pulse on the needs and expectations of our future workforce. Scaling new programs and education organizations led her to a deep understanding of career and leadership development. With a masters in School Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Jeanie empowers people managers and future leaders to access their potential in the workplace.
Robert Sullivan, Design Consultant, has over 17 years of experience in learning and development, organization development and human resources. He has supported employee and leadership workforces across various industries including consumer electronics, finance and telecommunications. Robert’s passion is to help individuals and organizations break through the traditional employee development paradigms, and create learning solutions that engage, excite and drive true individual and organizational transformation. Robert is a passionate about creating innovative experiences using gamification, as well as, social and mobile learning.
Megan Farrell Ragsdale, lead performance coach, for Career Revolution, Inc., has over 15 years of experience leading global business transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies, ranging from telecommunications to human capital consulting, talent management, and energy in the U.S., Asia PAC, Latin American, and EMEA regions.
Megan has always had a passion for talent management, and in particular, working with and developing the next generation of future leaders. Megan has enjoyed great success leading innovation projects and business initiatives in the consumer electronics and retail spaces with largely Millennial work teams, and she believes strongly that with the investment of dedicated coaching and continuous feedback, this younger generation of workers can be successful anywhere.
David Jahn, master facilitator and co-founder of Innovative Improv Solutions, is an expert in improving organizational communication and engagement through the art of improvisational acting. His innovative approach to training has helped participants of all generations break free of their mobile devices, be present and communicate in a more authentic and productive way.
David was a Groundlings Main Company Member in 1995 which included writing and performing with Will Ferrell, Chris Kattan, Chris Parnell, Ana Gasteyer, Kathy Griffin, Mindy Sterling, Melissa McCarthy, Jim Rash and Nat Faxon. He continues to teach improvisation with the Groundlings, and served as chairman of the Groundlings School Steering Committee. His television and film credits include a series regular role on “Big Fat Obnoxious Boss”, as well as roles on “Kirstie”, “The Comeback”, “Modern Family”, “Cougar Town”, “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno”, “The Cape”, “Mobbed”, “Heroes”, “Reno 911”, “General Hospital”, “Medium”, “Men Women & Children”, “Neverland” and “Thank You For Smoking”. Prior to the Groundlings, David acted as CFO and Partner at The Donahue Group, a highly sought after public relations firm specializing in marketing, publicity and special events for many high-end fashion companies.
Troy is a startup founder and learning technology expert with 20+ years of hands‐on and management experience across multiple industries specializing in front‐end analysis, solution consulting, system selection & management, platform architecture and custom courseware development for ILT, eLearning, performance support, virtual reality and mobile. He has significant experience architecting extended enterprise and customer learning solutions enabling customers to realize new revenue streams and extend their digital strategy. In addition, he is adept at recognizing industry trends and counseling clients on the strategic direction for their learning, performance and talent initiatives.
Troy’s passion is to help organizations realize their true profit/performance potential through the use of technology based learning solutions. He regularly attends industry conferences, speaks on the latest technologies/trends and works with partners/vendors on new product development. Troy is an active member of the eLearning Guild, on the technical advisory committee of the Credential Tracking Institute, and an Advisor with the Gilfus Education Group.
Patrick, a professional comedian, partners with Career Revolution to provide a new generation of entertainment for client off sites. Patrick has appeared on Comedy Central’s ‘Live At Gotham’, the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Jimmy Kimmel Live, the Bob and Tom show, XM Radio, Spotify, Comics Unleashed, and the Montreal Comedy Festival. Asked what the key is to comedy, this writer/actor/comedian (WAC) says, “I try not to be funny and it usually works.” His dry sarcastic self-deprecating style originates from comedy influences Bill Murray, Gene Wilder and John Wooden. In addition to doing comedy, Patrick also likes to do magic and sometimes he’s able to make comedy completely disappear from the room.
Michelle Burke is a highly respected master facilitator, and sought after women’s leadership and team coach, consultant, and speaker. She is founder and president of Energy Catalyst Group, a consulting and training company for well-being. Burke has devoted her 20-year career to helping individuals, teams, and leaders utilize their strengths to shift negative attitudes and behaviors that get in the way of a thriving, energized life and workplace. Her team training and leadership programs continually garner rave reviews from clients.
And as a coach, she works with executives and managers to adapt a mindfulness approach to their leadership capabilities resulting in greater awareness of their impact and increased effectiveness. Michelle’s deep experience and knowledge consulting with Fortune 500 companies include Genentech, Disney, HP, Microsoft, Cisco, Snap and Sony, and established her as a leading expert in bridging communication, team and cultural gaps. Her latest book “15 Minute Pause: A Radical Reboot for Busy People” provides simple ways to destress and live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
